  1. LuxuryWatches – Our website, luxurywatches.se, is operated by the company LuxuryWatches Stockholm AB, located in Stockholm at Grev Turegatan 12, 114 46 Stockholm. Our corporate registration number is 556897-1054. If you wish to contact us, you can send an email to info@luxurywatches.se.

  2. Genuine Products – We exclusively sell authentic goods. Our watches are typically delivered with complete packaging, accessories, and the correct certificates, which are properly stamped and date-marked by authorized dealers or the manufacturer. Exceptions may occur, particularly with older watches. We always guarantee that our products are 100% genuine.

  3. Payments – we’re using Worldline/Bambora for card payments. At payment your card will be debited instantly.
  4. Orders – After placing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all the information about the products you’ve purchased, the price, billing address, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@luxurywatches.se.

  5. Delivery – Typically, it takes 2-7 business days for our products to be delivered. Please note that orders placed during weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the Monday after. If there are delays in delivery (without prior notification of extended delivery times), we kindly ask you to contact us via email at info@luxurywatches.se.

  6. Prices – All prices in our store are listed in Euro (EUR). We apply margin taxation; the price you see is the price you pay. We reserve the right to adjust prices and are not responsible for errors in the price list or prices that may change due to incorrect information.

  7. Right of Withdrawal – According to the Distance Contracts Act, you, as a customer, have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. You should notify us immediately if you wish to make a return. The product must not have been used and should be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was delivered.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at info@luxurywatches.se. You are responsible for the return shipping, and the products must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when purchased.

  1. Warranty – We typically offer manufacturer warranties if they are still valid. If the item is no longer covered by such a warranty, we instead offer a 12-month functional warranty from LuxuryWatches itself.

  2. Complaints and Disputes – Before shipping, our products undergo thorough inspection. If, nevertheless, you receive a damaged or faulty product, we commit to rectify the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Send your complaint to info@LuxuryWatches.se with details including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.

  3. Information to Our Payment Provider – When making a purchase, we share necessary information with our payment service provider Worldline/Bambora to complete the transaction.

  4. Limitation of Liability – We do not assume responsibility for indirect damages that may result from the use of our products. We are not liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, or supplier issues.

  5. Product Information – We always strive to display our products as accurately as possible on the website, but there may be slight variations depending on screen, photo, and resolution. For an exact assessment of the product, you are welcome to visit our store at Grev Turegatan 12 in Stockholm.

  6. Terms for Purchasing Used Watches – We have different terms for direct purchase or trade-in of watches as well as sales on commission. Contact us for more information on these terms.
